We have been taught that our brain is the epitome of the evolutionary process and that it provides the evolutionary advantage that will ensure our permanence. But what if it is an evolutionary detriment? So far we have used it to build larger and more efficient weapons and to despoil our planet. Can our species survive evolutionarily? Brain Storm, with its interrupted double helix, depicts the last mushroom cloud.
