DeVine Inspiration
Like so many others he came
With dreams of fortune and fame.
In SoCal’s weather sublime and the fruit of the vine
He found liberation, if not inspiration.
(Familiar the face
Which we can’t seem to place.)
Still, he’ll stay in LA
And try to make hay,
With hopes we’ll remember his name
